comfort.   ease.   fresh.

The homeowners contacted me needing to make some changes to their house.  It no longer functioned for their family.  They needed a quiet office space, a large family room for themselves and their teenage daughter and her friends, and a welcoming outdoor space to enjoy and entertain in.   We started by enclosing an office space at the front of the house and added acoustic insulation to the walls to help with noise.  Next, we removed a very small, dark, and unused screened porch and created a large family room.  At the end of the family room, we added a new and inviting screened porch that opens onto a large outdoor grill/entertaining patio.

Soon after the homeowners had settled into their new addition, I received the best note:  “Jeff got home about 9pm last night – sat on the porch bed and announced, “I really love this porch!”  and proceeded to fall asleep.  So thank you for making us fall in love with our home again!”
